All appointments require a 50% deposit of the total service fee sent by e-transfer from client to: by.fatima.andrea@gmail.com in order to secure your booking.
If your appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled this must be done at minimum 24 hours before the scheduled appointment failure to comply may result to a lost deposit.
"No-show" appointments without prior discussion will result to a lost deposit and no future bookings.
Clients who are 15 minutes late or more and without prior notice and approval are subject to the appointment being cancelled or rescheduled based on availability and risk a lost deposit.
All skin sensibilities, allergies and concerns must be addressed before the makeup application begins to avoid any unpleasant reactions.
Please note that all products and tools used in your service are cleaned and sanitized in between uses as well as weekly to ensure infections, spread of bacteria and other undesirable effects do not occur due to lack of cleanliness.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early, with a clean, washed and moisturized face with no prior makeup. If client arrives with prior makeup on that needs to be removed this will take away from your application time.
All lash applications require purchase of the lashes the day of the appointment. Lashes purchased outside of the studio or previously will not be used in the appointment.
